My signature offering weaves together the healing power of energy, touch, and presence. We begin with Spiritual Direction — a compassionate conversation about what’s happening in you and your life. This sacred dialogue opens a window into the activity of your inner world. What’s happening in your mind and emotions is often mirrored in your body and your outer world.

Then we move into a session of Reiki and Holistic Bodywork inspired by what has surfaced from this heart-opening talk and we listen for the guidance of a greater Wisdom.

This is SoulBody Integration — a sacred space where body, mind, and spirit come into deeper alignment — where loving presence fills the air, and energetic shifts, physical release, profound rest, and renewed clarity naturally unfold. In this space there is opportunity for healing that extends beyond the physical, touching the deeply personal and spiritual aspects of your being.

Holistic Bodywork

$80/hr

I am a licensed massage therapist with a variety of certifications including Holistic Massage Therapist. Through my studies if different massage modalities I’ve come to work with the the body, mind and spirit as an integrated whole. As I work, you may feel inner shifts and releases, or it may simply feel like a relaxing experience. The focus is always on softening tensions and easing emotions held within the muscles. Each session is shaped by your unique needs and may draw from the many modalities I’ve learned, including:

• Swedish & Esalen Massage – long, flowing, rhythmic strokes that nurture awareness and connection.

• Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release – focused touch and movement that releases tension within the connective tissue.

• CranioSacral Therapy – a gentle touch attuning the body’s deepest rhythms to encourage release of tissue restrictions and establish wholeness.

On-Site Massage

$110/person (3-5 person limit)

Add a deeply nurturing touch to your private event with On-Site Massage. Perfect for small gatherings, 3–5 guests can each enjoy a 60-minute holistic massage designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and promote overall relaxation. Ideal for intimate in-home groups or retreats, this offering creates a peaceful, restorative experience your guests will truly remember.

Reiki Healing $80/hr

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works on the body, mind, and spirit. As a Reiki Master, I channel the universal life-force energy that surounds us to help clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and support your natural healing process.

You may choose from three approaches:

1. Reiki Healing – This is offered in-person and may or may not involve touch. It is a deeply restorative experience tailored to your healing needs. You’ll rest fully clothed, wrapped in the peaceful vibration of Reiki moving in and around you. This process invites your body into deep rest, softens tension and releases energetic blockages while supporting insight, harmony, and renewal. Reiki flows wherever it is needed.

2. The Reiki Journey (Reiki with Guided Meditation) – This Journey incorporates into the Reiki Healing a guided meditation for whatever healing you are ready to receive. The meditation is designed in the moment based on your healing desires and can be done locally or during a Zoom call.

3. Aura and/or Chakra Balancing – This in-person work aims at clearing the energetic systems, like cleaning your house, to bring about greater harmony, flow and vitality in you and your life.

4. Reiki Circle – Sign up to join this monthly circle for the nominal cost of $15 per month. During our virtual time together,  I will lead you in a 60 minute Reiki Healing experience. You will:

   • Be empowered with your own Reiki Crystal or sphere of energy

   • Receive a multilevel healing from me

   • Share healing energy with the group through your Reiki Crystal

   • And send healing energy to the planet and its inhabitants.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a sacred way of listening – a heart-centered service of being a companion to the soul. In this safe and accepting space, we explore the questions stirring within you. What are your longings, your unanswered questions, your soul desires? Together, we'll nurture your relationship with yourself, with life, with the Infinite as it is expressed in everyday life. This is a sacred opportunity to attune to your inner wisdom, gain a new way of looking at things, and notice the activity of Spirit in your life.

Sessions may include silence, reflection, guided inquiry, or gentle energy work, all inspired by your path and your needs. It is a time to slow down, reflect, and be present to what is most true and alive in you.
