Holistic Massage (coming soon): A holistic approach to healing body, mind, & spirit that blends intuitive, energetic work and deep intentional massage to reduce stress, increase mobility, deepen the mind-body connection, and provide profound relaxation.
Note: Some people experience mild soreness after a massage. This can happen as a natural protective response—muscles briefly tightening after being worked—or as delayed onset muscle soreness when tissue has been stretched or lengthened beyond what it’s used to. This soreness is generally temporary and resolves within a day or two.
SoulBody Integration: My signature offering weaves together all the modalities above, combining them into a deep healing of body, mind, and spirit that words cannot explain. It is a personalized session of sacred conversation, Reiki and/or Holistic Bodywork, informed by the themes that arise and by our spirit friends.
